02Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement concerns the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sale price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the klabcosmetic.com website, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers ve Regulation on Distance Contracts determining the rights and obligations of the parties under its provisions.
03Product information
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, invoice details and shipping fee of the products are as stated below. They will be delivered together with the invoice.
04Payment and delivery
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or BKM Express. Card transactions are processed via iyzico infrastructure with 3D Secure.

- Delivery time by address 3-7 business days
- For custom-made products, times may vary depending on production
- Shipping is free on orders over 1500 TL; a 150₺ fee applies below that
05Right of withdrawal
The BUYER, from the date the product is delivered to them or to the person at the address indicated, 14 (fourteen) days has the right to withdraw from the agreement without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, within the 14-day period notice must be given to the SELLER by registered return mail or e-mail, and the product must be unused / undamaged / together with its invoice.
06Return procedure
The product you wish to return must, within at most 14 days of the delivery date, with its packaging unopened / unused, with its online invoice our contracted courier (Hepsijet / MNG Shipping / DHL) you can send it to us.
Return shipping is paid by the Buyer. The refund is issued to your payment method within 14 days of the product reaching us.

07Dispute resolution
In case of dispute the BUYER may apply, within the monetary limits set each year by the T.R. Ministry of Customs and Trade, to the Ankara Consumer Arbitration Committees, and for disputes above that to the Ankara Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices.
This agreement has been read, accepted and entered into force electronically by the parties.
