Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest without an account at K-Lab. However, if you become a member: you get 10% off your first order (WELCOME10 coupon), K-Club points on every order, order tracking and faster repeat orders.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) through iyzico with 3D Secure. Your card details are never stored on K-LAB servers. To pay by bank transfer, write to info@klabcosmetic.com and we will send you the account details.
Can I change my order?
Orders "Preparing" stage, e-mail info@klabcosmetic.com right away to add products, change quantity or update the address. After the "Shipped" stage changes are no longer possible.
How do I use my coupon code?
On the cart or checkout page, "Coupon kodu" type your code in the box and press "Apply". If the coupon conditions are met the discount applies automatically. Coupons cannot be combined.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 11:00 are dispatched the same day; later orders on the next business day. Delivery time depends on your address:
- Within Ankara: 1-2 business days
- Major cities: 2-3 business days
- Anatolia (large city): 3-4 business days
- Anatolia (small city): 4-7 business days

Is shipping free?
over ₺1500 shipping is free on all orders. A flat ₺150 fee applies to orders under 1500 TL.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive the tracking number by e-posta . In your account, go to "My Orders" → the order → "Track" to follow it in real time.
Which courier do you ship with?
As K-Lab Hepsijet, MNG Shipping ve DHL we work with. Orders placed by 11:00 ship the same day. The carrier is chosen automatically by delivery address.

How do I return an item?
5 simple steps:
- Email info@klabcosmetic.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping code
- Pack the product in its original box with the online invoice (we cover return shipping)
- Contracted courier (Hepsijet / MNG / DHL) send the parcel with
- Drop it at the courier branch and track it with the shipment number
- Your refund is initiated within 3 business days

Para iadesi ne zaman gelir?
We start the refund within 3 business days of receiving the product. Depending on your bank, it can take 3-10 business days to reach your card.
I opened it but didn't use it — can I return it?
Skincare products (cream, serum, mask) can be returned if the original hygiene seal is unopened if the original hygiene seal is unopened. Makeup products (cushion, lipstick, eyeliner) — even if tried once — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. K-LAB is the official distributor in Türkiye for 6 Korean brands; products ship from the distributor's stock with an invoice. There are no counterfeit products at K-LAB.
